Brickell is Miami's financial district, a high-rise neighborhood stretching south from the Miami River along Biscayne Bay and east of I-95, with Coconut Grove to the south. Once called "Millionaire's Row" for the mansions that lined Brickell Avenue, it is now a neighborhood of condo towers, offices, hotels, restaurants and shops, where many residents walk, bike or ride the free Metromover instead of driving. Its population has grown quickly, from about 13,600 in 2000 to roughly 40,000 by 2024.
This page covers the condo market in Brickell, including Brickell Key, with a guide to the main buildings and live MLS listings below.
