Marina Isle is one of the gated neighborhoods of the SilverLakes Community Association. Its entrance has a 24-hour manned guard gate, sharing the Silver Lakes security gate off Miramar Parkway and SW 178th Avenue. The single-family homes were built from about 1997 to 2000, mostly two-story, with 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3 to 4 baths and roughly 2,500 to 3,000 square feet. Common floor plans in recent sales are about 2,524, 2,870, 2,940 and 3,034 square feet. Homes are on SW 33rd Street, SW 33rd Court and part of SW 179th Avenue.
The neighborhood has its own playground but no neighborhood pool. Residents use the private Silver Lakes Community Park, with a resort-style pool, playground, sand beach, volleyball, exercise equipment, a barbecue area, a boardwalk, an open field and a pavilion that can be reserved for parties.
